Here at Contested Ground Studios, we're keen to develop new and interesting game worlds. While a/state and Mob Justice will be our major product lines for the near future, that doesn't mean we haven't thought about other world to tantalise your imagination. Here's a brief taster of some of the other projects in the works...

Everlasting Empire

So, you're on your way to Centauri then, what a coincidence..."

In 1895, something fell to earth in the Sussex countryside...

Squirreled away in the bowels of the British Museum, it lay undisturbed for two decades until scientists decided to unlock it's secrets...

In 1935, the Royal Navy launched its first space rocket into orbit, carrying the Union Flag out to the stars...

In the summer of 1955, the 'James Cook' left orbit...and disappeared...

In the autumn of 1955, the 'James Cook' returned to earth bearing startling news: it had been beyond the solar system, visited other stars, found other planets...

With the weight of it's technological superiority behind it, the British Empire dominates half the world. The union flag is planted on alien worlds under other suns. British merchant ships ply the spacelanes with the redoubtable dreadnoughts of the Royal Navy keeping the peace..

In 2155, the British Empire spans the light years.

But in the colonies, trouble is brewing. On earth, the other nations are aligning themselves against Britain.
